Spring 2010 Game Reporting
The scheduler will manually update the scores from email input. To insure that your scores / reports don’t simply fall into the “ignore” stack of email, we respectively ask that you follow the procedures below:
1. Email to: scores@texomareferees.org
2. Subject: Date, Division, and Teams involved
EXAMPLE: 9/12/09 U12B Denison Red Raiders – Anna MIXED
3. Message
a. Score – clearly identifying the teams
b. Comments (e.g. referee notes or TSA notes)
c. Team Reporting
EXAMPLE
Red Raiders – 2 Anna -1
Center referee needs to blow whistle louder. AR on parents side didn’t seem to understand offside rule

The scheduler will manually update the schedule with the scores. If there is a conflict from the teams, especially involving the result, then the scheduler will attempt to rectify before posting. The scheduler will forward comments to the TSRA or TSA President as appropriate.
DO NOT send game reports directly to the scheduler’s personal email.
